We got a price from Sport Subaru for trading in our car sight unseen on line for more than they offered us being a customer at the dealership we purchased our car from. We told him that we wanted to trade our car in for a new Crosstrek. He was very helpful. He showed us just what we were looking for, and accommodated us all the way through our experience right until the time that we purchased the car. They had staged several vehicles for me to look at matching my requirements allowing me to look at them side by side, feature by feature. In times when segments of the car sales model is moving to direct sales (e.g. Tesla, Fisker, Polestar, even Ford) it is refreshing to see a dealer that is adapting and treating customers right.
