I’ll start off by saying I didn’t end up purchasing the car I was interested in, but it still was a pleasurable experience. Dani contacted me almost instantly after I sent my initial email. She was very responsive and her follow up was spot on. Oriel was extremely knowledgeable, spoke highly of the company and he has a customer first attitude. The next day Ryan(GM) reached out to me and genuinely wanted to know about my experience. They made several counter offers, but we just couldn’t make the deal work(yet). I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used automobile to Hollywood Kia. More

Oriel helped me very well, but the manager and finance fooled me. 1) they forgot to give me my registration, i have followed up ~10 times and was told i will get it in an email. NEVER got it. Seems like fooled me. 1) they forgot to give me my registration, i have followed up ~10 times and was told i will get it in an email. NEVER got it. Seems like a joke to me at this point, they just lie to me. 2) I was forced to buy PPP for $2,000 “to get the PROMISED discount on the car. “Yeah if you dont buy the PPP (which i did not need, did not even ask for) we are not gonna give you the discount”. I bought it even though i did not want it, and even after that they did not give me the products included in the PPP (cleaning kit). Now, after this experience, I wonder if the rest of the services included in the PPP were even done. 3) I was also fooled into getting a good APR by the manager “yeah you will probably get the 3.99% but if not we will see what we can do”. and then the finance guy says “there is no 3.99% even to qualify for, and the 6.75% they told me doesnt exist either, it is going to be 7.75%”. I realize they did not technically lie to me about the rates (they did lie about the registration), but they sure misguided me on purpose. Oriel was good, he showed the car and answered questions, others get a solid 0 out of 10. My K4 is the last Kia we are going to buy. More
