Honestly the worst customer service I have had in a professional setting. Purchased a car just over a month ago. Within a week of purchase, the check engine light came on with a malfunction on the d professional setting. Purchased a car just over a month ago. Within a week of purchase, the check engine light came on with a malfunction on the dash screen. Car is at approximately 73k miles. Brought the car in immediately. I was told the sensor was just triggered due to cold weather. Within another week, the check engine light and malfunction screen came back. I was going on vacation for a week so once I returned, I called to schedule another service appointment. I was told due to the inconvenience I would be given a loaner. I called Valentine’s Day. I was told not to bring it in until the following Tuesday. I woke up early to drop it off before work, and once I arrived, I was told that because I had purchased the car 31 days ago, that I had to pay for a diagnostic test, when I had done diagnostic 2 weeks prior and was told it was “just the cold weather”. I was told it would have been taken care of if it was within 30 days, but I was at 31… did not catch this guys name that told me “30 days”, but he was approx 34 years old with a beard, light brown hair. Oliver said this is not a real thing. I’m not paying $250 for a diagnostic test that you’re going to tell me the sensor was “just triggered” two times in a row. Oliver my finance guy is wonderful. Brandon, the man I spoke to on the phone the first time was nice, but “it’s not just the cold weather”. This is my first car purchase and I feel swindled by your entire team. Palm was my sales man and he was nice as well, but service department needs to get their act together. I tried to drop the car off before 30 days, and to be told I have to pay because YOU didn’t find the problem the first time, is not my issue. I have pictures of all the alerts being displayed on the dash and have showed service when dropping off the car the first time. I’m embarassed for trusting you guys with such a big purchase More
