Initially poor, but saved by great salesman. First time we visited, we were working with a salesman who really didn't take us seriously and blew us off for a "better" customer. We went back for a second visit because we really wanted to see the GLE, but were not going to buy due to our experience the first time. We ended up meeting a salesman who completely flipped our experience. The salesman who helped us on the second visit was probably one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. Nic was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We ended up buying two cars, and will work with him going forward on any Mercedes I end up buying. More
