Greg is always quick to respond to any texts or calls and is always available to help with any questions or concerns I have. Still to this day, he has followed up to see if I still have any questions and/or concerns about my new car. Greg is super friendly and a great person all around! He's warm and friendly, got an easy laugh, knows his customers (not to mention, loves dogs, as we do!) and is full of BMW knowledge of cars and programs. We never feel pushed into a purchase, and with our newest one, where the technology far exceeds our understanding, his offer to spend training sessions with us in invaluable and much appreciated! He's the absolute best! About the dealership, we moved away from the NJ/PA area for a couple of years in the interim between auto purchases, and none of the dealerships in Charleston came anywhere close to the service and support that Flemington BMW provides, nor were their salespeople as welcoming and knowledgeable. We're so happy to be back "home" to Flemington BMW! More
