Noha was also great in the financing area, she enabled me to get the correct maintenance program for reasonable cost. I also want to mention Cindy Amin who was my initial internet contact. They all made me confortable with buying a car at a dealer that is an hour from my home from the perspective that if I need any work on the car, they will provide great concierge service . I was also impressed that I had bought a BMW 2 convertible in 2011 and some of the people I dealt with were still there. This shows me that Flemington BMW is stable dealer More

My First BMW - Great Experience I was on the hunt for my next car at the end of the year, as I have been for the past 3 lease cycles. As a recent new entrant to the luxury car mark I was on the hunt for my next car at the end of the year, as I have been for the past 3 lease cycles. As a recent new entrant to the luxury car market, I had been through a lease with Infiniti with the Q50, and Audi with the newest A4. I had always considered BMW to be a car I would eventually warm up to because, for whatever reason, it was always the interior tech that sold me over the engines or the drive. The car had to operate like a spaceship for me to be interested in it. I had never owned or leased a BMW before so I figured i would check it out. I went in looking for a used 4 series hard top convertible (because for whatever reason, the summer was still on my mind.) . It was here that I met Agata, who was awesome right from the start. Super down to earth, personable, no pressure and knowledgable. I had done extensive research on cars before getting there, so in my head i was going to buy a used car - but my issue, 2017's was the first year for Apple CarPlay and tech was kind of a show stopper for me (so it would last as tech changes.) . The 4 series drove great, and Agata put the top down, windows up, wind screen in - and jacked the heaters. We were in our own personal heat bubble with it being 30 degrees outside. It was really cool.. It was here she asked "Well, have you seen the new 3 Series? They just redesigned the tech." I was taken by total surprise, because, no - i had not seen this. When we took it for a ride, i was super impressed and the tech was so much better than the 3 year old 4 series. It was here that I got hooked and coming off a Q50 and an A4 - it was in the same class...just newer. So i got hooked. Being the end of the year, and with the particular car we settled on being a loaner with 3800 miles on it, we were able to come to a pretty attractive deal and i ended up leasing instead of buying (and it was recommended because BMW is just "A different kind of car." So I figured it was good for being new to the brand. We made the numbers work in my price range and we closed the deal within 2 days of my walking into that dealership. Mind you, i had already been searching for cars heavily for about 4 months so if this is a buying journey --- I shopped BMW last, but by accident. When we got to the paper work, I worked with Noha in the office. She was awesome. Really fast and on her game to make this process really painless. She up-sold me on the lease repair warranty - and I hate warrantys, but knowing that she works there and she has it herself....the numbers seemed to make sense, and with BMW being "different in their lease rules" and not knowing how the way i drive impacts that- I went for it this time. We'll see how it goes. She offered her help anytime if I had questions after the fact as i tried t balance risk vs cost in my head. Once we were done, I was out of there in about 30 mins. All in all, I was very happy with Flemington BMW. I have never owned a BMW before and the experience was very painless. They seemed to have better inventory that other dealers in the area but they also got me at the right time when i was at the end of my buying journey and i had finally saw a car that was exciting, different and in my price range. I would highly recommend them. More

Greg went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle I wanted even though it wasn’t an easy find. He was always easy to reach and ready to answer any questions I had along the way. Vince also went out of his way to make sure I could afford my dream car, and I mean that.. he legitimately made sure every detail was as I wanted at the price I could work with. Noha was super informative and friendly, and made the whole typically dreadful finalization process a breeze. I would recommend Flemington BMW to anyone looking to buy or lease a BMW.
