She answered all of my initial questions and followed up with emails that outlined all of the available services offered by the dealership. When we came in to look at the car Noha introduced us to Dave Santos who went over the car with us and negotiated the deal . Dave was great ! We got a great price on the car and a fair price for our trade-in. It was a pleasure to deal with a salesperson who was extremely knowledgable about the product they were selling . There have been many times when I have walked into a dealership and felt that I knew more about the car than the salesperson - that was NOT the case with Dave or Flemington BMW! My husband was out of town and sent me with the task of looking at 5 cars he had found on the internet. Krystal was helpful and eager to assit in finding each one to test drive, even one in th basement. We looked at all of them except one that was sold prior to my visit. Krystal has a calm, professional, non-pushy demeanor which I value in any sales person in any capacity. This showed me she respected her job and takes seriously the standards BMW holds with their clients.
