Noel if everything was included in the 10,000.00 that I gave he said yes, to my surprise when I went to pick up the vehicle they ask me to finalize the paperwork and that's when they hit me with taxes and fees over 3,500.00, more. I had some words and almost canceled it, but my wife asked me to pay we needed to leave we had a flight that night. When I returned home after two weeks I looked over the paperwork from kia I noticed the mileage on odometer 15, but when I checked my mileage it was 164. It on takes me less than 20 to get home.
