I dropped my car off to have the air bag recall work performed, I found out later that their computer system was down, and had been down for a number of days with no definitive expectation of when it wo performed, I found out later that their computer system was down, and had been down for a number of days with no definitive expectation of when it would be restored. The computer system is required to perform the work. They held my car for an entire day and the work was never performed. Had they been honest and informed me of the situation prior to dropping the car off, I would have rescheduled my appointment for another day. This was a big inconvenience, and I would not recommend going to this dealership; very dishonest. More

The window to the shop floor is postered over so that you can’t see anything going on…what are you hiding?? Noah was excellent with the service as always. Kept me updated on the status of my car and made sure it was a seemless transition. The waiting room needs improvement. Why is it in the middle of the showroom? Was actually better when upstairs. Noah always kind, very helpful & considerate. I'd rather interact with him specifically than anyone else. I've actually had another service writer come out to ask me if I need to "call my husband" to discuss the suggested service during a previous visit. Semi-insulting, however IF I am calling anyone it would be my father, who taught me a ton after a career in the business, but I really love the text messages with the service options complete with pictures. Nice touch. More

Brought my car in for a 20,000 mile service. There is a recall for brakes on my car they checked it and found my brakes needed to be changed. They told me my head gasket is leaking an needed to be changed. It was on a Saturday and told me he would call me Monday to set up an appointment so he can give me a loaner. He called me Monday setup the appt, I dropped the car off. Got a call a couple of days later saying the head gasket can't be done we have to replace the head. Also we are replacing your transmission. I said ok what is wrong with my transmission. He told me the issue. I do have the extended warranty for my car but this was all under the regular warranty. They replaced all and of course no charge. More
