My contact person wasn't even there, I was handed off to someone who left me sitting there. I can't even believe I bought the car because I was so dissatisfied with the service including the finance person someone who left me sitting there. The fact that this car is almost 9 years old I kept being told I was getting a great deal after all the charges are bumped up it isn't below value. Total joke.
