I bought a truck from another company and it had a missing rad cap. The truck was overheating and blowing cold air. I needed to get home and the dealer across the street couldn’t help me because every missing rad cap. The truck was overheating and blowing cold air. I told him my story and I showed him my missing rad cap. He understood my situation and gave me the rad cap off of the truck in the show room. Unreal. Most people these days are not interested in helping. I help all the time and it’s great to see guys like Nithin take care of someone in a jam. Wolfe GMC had the exact vehicle I had been searching for and I sent an internet enquiry towards the end of the work day on a Saturday. I was very impressed when I received a short 2 minute video from Tyler and I sent an internet enquiry towards the end of the work day on a Saturday. I was very impressed when I received a short 2 minute video from Tyler that show-cased the vehicle I had asked about and answered several of my questions. With that info I reached out and arranged to meet the following week. Monday morning I contacted Tyler, and with minimal notice, we were off for a test drive, with two of my older children coming along. We ended up closing a deal and I was really happy to have my kids be involved with the buying process. From when we showed up to test drive, to when we closed the deal with Megan in finance, it was less than 2.5 hours. Vehicle pickup went smoothly and I can say overall it was a great vehicle buying experience. More
