Alfred was contacted 6 times with a request to tell me loan number - no response. Nigel delivered Jeep with warning light on ... I contacted Service dept and ONLY asked for service records - no response loan number - no response. Nigel delivered Jeep with warning light on ... I contacted Service dept and ONLY asked for service records - no response. Nigel receives an 8 for honesty, and attempts to help me obtain information. 12+ days later ... Alfred and Service Dept have yet to tell me loan # and provide service records. More

I had a couple issues after the sale. First of all I received communication from TD auto finance and my last name was spelled wrong. They informed me that the contract was sent to them th First of all I received communication from TD auto finance and my last name was spelled wrong. They informed me that the contract was sent to them that way From the dealership and the only way I could fix it was to get a copy of a Social Security card and drivers license and send through secure email. The Arrigo finance representative was unprofessional and When I didn’t buy an additional warranty for $4000 and other unneeded items, he said to me well now you have to buy me a bottle of whiskey. Why should I be forced to buy things I do not need and then be treated like that when I’m buying an $82,500 car. Second, there were some scratches on the trunk of the car from transport and the dealership told me to bring the car back and they would fix this. I Drove 200 miles and brought the car back on a Wednesday. They told me there was no one there to fix it and to call in the morning. I called in the morning. They said there was no one there to fix it that day on the Thursday and they told me even if I Stayed overnight another night they couldn’t guarantee they could fix it on a Friday. After spending money on gas A place to stay and driving 400 miles round-trip the car was not fixed. It still has not been addressed after several calls not one manager or assistant manager has called me. Sorry, but the dealership does not care after they make the sale about the customer and any issues that come up, I will probably have to end up paying to fix Scratches myself because the dealer will not do anything about this and if I drive over there again, it will cost me more money and more loss of work time, and it probably will not be addressed. More

The finance representative spelled, my name wrong on the contract to TD auto finance. This is causing A problem. TD auto finance said I need a current copy of Social Security card and drivers license and then I have to go through steps, but your finance representative was totally unprofessional because I did not buy an additional warranty and other things from him, he said well then you need to buy me a bottle of whiskey. I’m buying an $82,500 car and to be treated like that is not professional. there were also some scratches from transport on the back of the trunk that I addressed right away, which I was told to come back and they would fix this. I came back on a Wednesday spoke with Kurt. He told me there was no one there to fix it that day to call him in the morning on a Thursday, I called him. He said there was no one there to fix it that day either and that he could not guarantee if I stayed another night that it could be fixed on that Friday. I drove almost 400 miles and spent over $100 in gas and the issue was not addressed . Sorry, but I guess I will have to buy my next car from another dealer because your dealership is terrible with issues after the sale once the sale is made they don’t care. More
