A great experience After doing a brief internet search into new vehicles, I was contacted by Nik from sales. He asked all the right questions about what I wanted in a ne After doing a brief internet search into new vehicles, I was contacted by Nik from sales. He asked all the right questions about what I wanted in a new vehicle and keeping it in a price point I was comfortable with at that moment. Within an hour, I was at the dealership, and was shown several excellent options of vehicles to choose from. During my interview phase with Nik, Mr. Essa came over, introduced himself and was very polite and professional and helped in any way he could. After making the final choice on the vehicle, I was handed off to the finance department and worked with a gentleman named Joe. Unfortunately I don't recall his last name. He did not pressure me into any extra add on services and he allowed me to make my own choice(s) of extra services. Throughout the entire process, everyone I worked with was professional, polite and seemed genuinely happy that I was there to make a purchase. This is a very busy dealership, but I really felt a personal touch with these gentlemen. I'd highly recommend this dealership for any potential Honda owners. More

I’ve been told the salesman who sold me the car is no longer working for them, so you won’t be taken advantage or have problems now I assume. My 2nd and 3rd purchases were great. Nick is the most relatable and knowledgeable sales person I’ve met. He has made up for the headache and hell of the Kia situation. Ask for Nick if you can, he’s truly wonderful! I have to say I was disappointed this time by the overall courtesy of filling up the tank of a new car driving off the lot. Just a Midwestern common courtesy I guess since I filled up the tank of my HRV I was trading in for them. Also be sure if you can ask for Luis in Finance. He was the only person at Brandon Honda i felt actually had my best interest in mind during the Kia fiasco. A very kind guy! UPDATED: These guys do their best to make the car buying experience as easy as possible, and have already offered to make up for the full tank of gas oversight. They really do take any criticism or concerns to heart to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I really appreciate them reaching out after this review and I will continue to be a returning customer because of it! More

Nik and Ron always go above and beyond to make sure everything from beginning to end is done correctly. I was nervous in the beginning because I never leased a car before but once everything was explained to me, leasing was the better option. Bo is the finance magician and is the best I have ever dealt with in that department. Grant Hocking has the best vehicle upgrade program for your Honda. He is full of knowledge and is always willing to sit down and talk with you to help you get the right deal with sales. Rachel Christie is the best service manager at the dealership. I have been working with her since 2013 and she has first class customer service skills and does everything with a smile.
