They get it right...no matter how long it takes. I brought my car in at the appointed time and waited while they tried to diagnose an intermittent problem with the door lock mechanism. After 2-1/2 h I brought my car in at the appointed time and waited while they tried to diagnose an intermittent problem with the door lock mechanism. After 2-1/2 hours, the technician was finally able to duplicate the problem. Although parts were on hand for the repair, considerable labor was required to do so. They held the car overnight, worked on it next morning, and fixed the problem properly. More

Excellent Dealership I came in with my parents, to buy a new car on Friday April 5th, 2019. I had been chatting with Chris via online and text message. We arrived at the d I came in with my parents, to buy a new car on Friday April 5th, 2019. I had been chatting with Chris via online and text message. We arrived at the dealership fully prepared to get a good idea of pricing for a 2019 Honda Fit. When Chris came over he introduced us to Nick, who would help with the sale. We took a test drive and then came back to talk price. My Mom is always "fully prepared for battle" when buyin a new car, even more so in this case because she was paying for the car in full. Mom worked her magic and we bought the car that night. They also took my 2008 Fit as a trade in sight unseen. We then worked with Chris Shotwell in financing to take payment and sign all the paperwork. We were very impressed that when my Mom said "I do not want any BS and/or any surprise charges" that they broke everything down step by step without try to take advantage of her. (She has ended working with dealerships after 5 cars and 20 years because of how the salesman lied to her) Not the case at all at Brandon Honda. They took care of it all. Even took care of transfering my old tag to my new car so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. We a had a very good experience. More
