I was just there last night with a family member, and we both ended up getting cars. Special shout out to Matt who was so patient, allowing me the time I needed to work through my thoughts and did not pressure me at all about making a decision. Mike (used car manager) came over and helped with what he could and made it the best deal I could have imagined. I am so grateful I took a chance on them so long ago. My family member (also a repeat customer) decided to get a new car and Matt helped with that with an assist from Chris (new car manager). They even stayed passed closing time just to help us get finished. The last time we bought a car, the GM himself of his own accord came down and assisted with the deal. So down to earth. Not only this I also have to say Nick (maintenance) has always taken great care of our cars. He's fair and a joy to interact with. Never change this, CardinaleWay! More

Cardinal Way Mazda does a wonderful job on servicing my CX5. I had to change dates and no problem with getting another appointment. They took around an hour to service my vehicle and all was good. They have a very nice waiting area with complimentary coffee, snack and fruit. You can sit and watch tv or take a stroll around the dealership and no pressure. I would highly recommend Cardinal Way Mazda More
