Lyndse is knowledgeable, patient and wants the buyer to be happy with their decision. Nick Rauch, finance department, explained all the details of the purchase in a clear and understandable way. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Mike Castrucci Ford of Alexandria. My previous experience with the dealership caused me to stop here first when I was ready for a replacement car. Their service department is great!
