This particular car buying experience with Mark Christopher was very good and went very well compared to the last experience with Mark Christopher in September 2024. John, in particular, was very honest and forthcoming, which is not always the case. He made the experience seamless and made the experience quick and efficient. Nick assisted John with picking up the vehicle the next day. Nick was very professional and efficient. Nick assisted with getting all of the technical systems set up and explained everything in great detail. Both John and Nick followed up with phone calls to check on things, to see if I had any questions or concerns, and offered to further assist with setting up any systems that I may still want them to assist with. If only all car buying experiences could go this smoothly, people might purchase more vehicles. More
