two items: 1. The hood on the car was not down, after car was serviced and I had to figure it out and put the hood down. Jeez..... 2. Mine is a Canadian car wi The hood on the car was not down, after car was serviced and I had to figure it out and put the hood down. Jeez..... 2. Mine is a Canadian car with Canadian warranty for service and yet I was told to pay upfront for servicing. When I called Canada they did reimburse me but told me the service dept should have known better and should have charged it through BMW. He said Canadian warranties are both Canada and US, while the US warranties are only for US. Not sure if I should return? Staff very friendly however. More
