Awful experience here with my advisor. I refuse to believe this is a standard here so I would not go into the details. I took my bmw 7 series to get the some work that shouldnt have taken I refuse to believe this is a standard here so I would not go into the details. I took my bmw 7 series to get the some work that shouldnt have taken more than 7 days and it sat at the shop for 3 weeks 4 days to get half the job done. If your advisors initials is N.H kindly request a new one. The service manager did a great job in trying to resolve it but after the lies my my service advisor I simply couldn't trust them anymore.
