I ordered a 2024 Ranger in July. George Bode was excellent at explaining all the options I had and approx. how long it would take for the vehicle to arrive. His estimate on the final cost was accurate and the tracking website was helpful to track the progress of my truck as it was being built. The truck arrived at the Brookpark dealership on September 19th. My outdated cell phone was a problem in getting my rewards points set up. George turned over the problem to Bubba Andrade, who actually worked over the weekend solving the technical problem of my outdated phone. When I took possession of the truck on Tuesday, Bubba had my rewards account all set up. When I came home and checked the FordRewards website and logged in, everything was in place and ready to go. George was great and Bubba saved the day! Nick got me up to speed on the warranty options as well as the clear-coat paint protection which I had added, and am glad I did. I was very nervous about such a large investment. The guys at Ganley were very kind at bearing with me at making sure I got what I needed. Love the truck. More

Dealership is fresh, clean and appealing to see and access. All staff are courteous. I had a most pleasant experience with my young (to me) salesman Fernando. He is very understanding and patient with access. All staff are courteous. I had a most pleasant experience with my young (to me) salesman Fernando. He is very understanding and patient with a "non-computer old timer" After the sale, Fernando offered his personal contact information for help at any time. The very next evening, I got locked out of my truck at Lodge with the only key inside my sport coat on the back seat! At 10PM Fernando was called and came from home to try to help. THAT is True Care for a new customer! He now has a friend and customer for life!!! I truly hope the entire Ganley Dealership experience is just half as personal as dealing with Fernando. More

Cj is absolutely wonderful ans we will always stick with her but John Ruper is not good in the customer service department and was screaming at me and my wife whole putting down another dealership, Cj and t her but John Ruper is not good in the customer service department and was screaming at me and my wife whole putting down another dealership, Cj and the other man outside was shocked at his horrible behavior towards us and we almost walked out on the deal but didn't want to do that to Cj. Also Nick Feruito was very unprofessional saying what a mistake we made with my wife's explorer just because we got it somewhere else. The whole experience was probably the worst we've experienced but not to be taken out on Cj because she's a wonderful person and we'll always stick with her for our cars. More
