They had the car I wanted, and even though it was just traded in they let me test drive it. I liked it, and they gave me a great deal on it. They even delivered the car after they did a full service on traded in they let me test drive it. I liked it, and they gave me a great deal on it. Service department is horrible. After having all my service work done there I decided to change my own oil because I didn't have hours to sit in there and wait. While removing my sk After having all my service work done there I decided to change my own oil because I didn't have hours to sit in there and wait. While removing my skid plates I noticed multiple bolt holes are stripped out, my rear skid plate only had 3 bolts and they were not the same as factory bolts, my drain plug was way overtightened to the point I thought it was going to strip and my oil filter was so tight I had to put a hole in it to get it off. They've forgotten to tighten my oil filter before causing a huge oil leak and they don't always rotate your tires when you pay for them to do it. I mark my tires every time I go in there and have caught them not rotating them. Worst Service techs ever. Advisors are nice but the techs make them all look bad More
