We were up from Savannah for the weekend and my 2019 MDX with only 28K miles broke down on GA 400 during rush hour on a Friday. I called the phone number on the internet for Jackson Acura to schedule service ASAP while we waited for the tow truck to pick us up. The Jackson Acura Receptionist directed me to the General 1-800 number, not the actual Jackson Service Team, which was a little frustrating, but they scheduled me for an appointment on Saturday at 7:30am. I called the Jackson Service Center back Friday afternoon and spoke to Yvonne and she was extremely friendly and helpful and said they would start it right away on Saturday. We were able to get a loaner on Saturday morning while the car was being worked. Unfortunately, the car was not able to be fixed by our planned departure of Sunday because they were closed, but Yvonne assured me it would be ready on Monday. I called on Monday morning to check on the status of the repairs and spoke with Nick. He initially seemed somewhat annoyed that he had to take the time to look up the status of Yvonne's Customer since she was not in the office on Monday. I knew she was not in the office and I fully understood that it would take him some time to research, but I needed to know because we needed to get back to Savannah. When Nick called back he seemed to be in a better mood and gave us the good news that the car was ready. Given the stressful circumstances, I am very thankful for the Jackson Acura Service Team's efforts to get us back home, especially Yvonne!
