They went above and beyond to take care of my windshield repair while my car was being serviced for scheduled maintenance the next morning after the rock cracked my windshield. When I explained I had a lon repair while my car was being serviced for scheduled maintenance the next morning after the rock cracked my windshield. When I explained I had a long distance trip planned later this week, Cameron went out of his way to ensure that my windshield got repaired. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Nick was super communicative and informative throughout my repairs. Jackson Acura has proven to be very responsive and customer oriented in the 3 years since I purchased my vehicle from them. More

I have concerns about why a nearly new car would need new tie rods and new rotors. They can’t even get the rotors now. This is a Covid car. It has SO many small issues that happen every day. Mostly tie rods and new rotors. They can’t even get the rotors now. This is a Covid car. It has SO many small issues that happen every day. Mostly electrical. The radio, the chargers, the lights. This isn’t necessarily a dig to Jackson, but moreover the car itself. I shouldn’t have to spend my time and money to get the car and back for warrantee repairs. Especially on a nearly new car. That is WHY I have a new car!! I don’t have time to deal with all these issues. I’m about to give it back. More

I was previously using another dealership in the area with repeated bad experiences. However, Jackson Acura reminded me why I bought an Acura. They had my car in and out within 2 hours— including a car w with repeated bad experiences. However, Jackson Acura reminded me why I bought an Acura. They had my car in and out within 2 hours— including a car wash! The same service took another dealership 6 days. I’m blown away by the service I got here and highly recommend. More
