Jackson Acura Service Review Great service- very accommodating. I was a walk-in and it was busy for the holidays. They got me in and out in about an hour for my B1 service. I don’t know who is in charge of this, but the chairs in the waiting area are absolutely gross to see or even sit on. I have OCD and the stains on the chairs do not represent the dealership well. It’s been like that every visit. Leather chairs are better to wipe down and better for hygiene. More

Oops. First "dropped ball." I have been with Jackson Acura since 2014. I purchased a 2014 RDX and then a 2016 RDX there. Great cars. Great service. Love working through Yvonn I have been with Jackson Acura since 2014. I purchased a 2014 RDX and then a 2016 RDX there. Great cars. Great service. Love working through Yvonne Russell and young Nick. However, after praising Yvonne for arranging replacement of the left-side mirror under warranty, the technician failed to reconnect the electric service to the right side doors and windows and the auto-key lock and unlock. Yes, it took only minutes to re-do what should have been done at replacement time, but it meant a return trip for service. Quality Control, at a minimum, requires a technician to activate and test all electrics related to area serviced. That would have taken 2-minutes. Nevertheless, I will continue to have my SUV serviced at Jackson Acura. More

Poor Service The representative did not introduce himself, did not look up from his computer to look me in the eye, and told me I did not need to bring my car in e The representative did not introduce himself, did not look up from his computer to look me in the eye, and told me I did not need to bring my car in even though I was specifically told to bring my car back. He reluctantly accepted my car, but it was back within 15 minutes, so I'm not sure anything was done to check it. More
