He had all 3 trucks ready and pulled to the side for our 11:00 appointment. He went over everything of each truck and answered all our questions. He already had the specs printed for the 3 trucks we we interested in and compared them with us. We are not familiar with the Hudson area so he went with us on the test drive. We were impressed on the efficiency of the process once we decided on a truck. There was no pressure or talking us into any feature- he just explained and answered our questions. We received a phone call today from Matt thanking us for our purchase and inquiring how we liked the truck so far. Overall a great experience, thanks to Matt! More

We are very Happy with our 2023 Traverse. We had one disappointment with Chevrolet. It is our our air bag recall, which was very dangerous. We lost the equity we had in our 2017 Traverse because Hudson Chevrolet did not have the parts to fix our recall, and could not re-sell our car. This loss should have been absorbed by Chevrolet, not us!!! We ended up loosing money on our deal which is not favorable for any customer. More
