Great service from beginning to end. The Sales Associate, William, was very personable and knowledgeable. The financing and signing of the paperwork at the end has always been tedious and annoying for lack of better words, but Nick made it amusing and actually a lot less painful then it has been in the past at other dealerships. Not a great car buying experience. I purchased the 3M paint protection which was not applied right and I had to take it to Hopkins to have it redone. My 4 year old son even gave Todd a hug on the way out. Nick in the business office is easy to work with and makes your options clear with low pressure. Great team. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them over the last 15 years and have been very happy with the sales process. We bring all of our vehicles there for service as well. Top notch service. More
