Todd from sales was great friendly and easy to talk. nick who did the paperwork however never told me he was running a "soft check on my credit" which showed as a hard check on my credit when i talked t nick who did the paperwork however never told me he was running a "soft check on my credit" which showed as a hard check on my credit when i talked to him about this issue he admitted he didn't remember the conversation but knows he didnt say he was running a soft check on my credit this was two days prior and the conversation was very fresh in my memory and was confirmed by the person who was with me. Nick kept changing the subject going on tangents about store credit cards ect. I was told by TransUnion to report this behavior to the consumer financial protection bureau and request a deletion letter from the dealership which i never received. There was also some body damage when i purchased the car that they were suppose to call me back on a estimate to repair and they never called me back. More
