Fast service for “stuck” alarm on my 2017 E300. Add major Warranty service on engine light indicator source two days ago. Thought the alarm was related to that service, but technician indicated th Add major Warranty service on engine light indicator source two days ago. Thought the alarm was related to that service, but technician indicated that it was not. He said they reset the alarm system. The alarm was triggered by the side viewing sensors as I squeeze between a car and a school bus to get into a parking area. When I had cleared the school bus, the alarm continued and then ran for roughly an hour while I brought the car into Smith. Thank you for the fast service. More

From drop off to pickup, the service team was professional, courteous and communicative. No one in service addressed me when I arrived. The first guy ignored me completely and continued a personal conversation about his hot water heater.
