I was told it couldn’t be fixed by fucillo, I called management to find a way for it to be taken care of, as I have bumper to bumper warranty and was given the run around, and told my matter would be handled and I would be informed on my options, in a couple days, I have yet to hear back, almost a month later, and window remains broke. AWFUL I currently have a recall out on my Hyundai Sonata for my air bags (kind of big deal) I scheduled my appointment verifies my VIN when I made the apppi I currently have a recall out on my Hyundai Sonata for my air bags (kind of big deal) I scheduled my appointment verifies my VIN when I made the apppiibtment. It clearly pulled up that my vehicle was a hybrid. I went in for my appointment which is about an hour drive from my house. When the employee (I did not catch his name) came and told me they would be unable to work on my car due to overlooking the fact my car was a hubrid and not having the parts in stock. I had made my appointment the week prior with Matthew pollard and took time off of work to drive the hour to get my car fixed just to be told they couldn’t because they didn’t notice it was a hybrid. I was told I’d have to wait for the parts and wait for them to call me to come back in which I will have to take time off once again to do so. Not happy at all. More
