Hard workers in a relaxed atmosphere We were in the market for a new sedan to replace an aging Mini Cooper (time to grow up). The Mazda6 was very appealing, and we were down to it or the Honda Accord Sport. As it happened, the Honda dealership had to push our appointment back, so we ended up at Hamilton Mazda, where Neal Simon had worked with my wife the previous day on Mazdas and VWs (they also own the VW dealership across the street), and then worked with both of us later in the day when I was available to test the ones she had decided were "possibles". Neal went out of his way to make sure that the cars were available, and explained all the various trim packages and offerings, without ever being the least bit pushy. So much so, that on Saturday morning, we ended up trading the Mini Countryman for a CX-5 as well - two Minis came in, two Mazdas drove out. We are delighted with the cars, and with the treatment we received from everyone at Hamilton Mazda, especially Neal! More

First time buying a Mazda - great experience My wife and I were in the market for a new car. We stopped at Hamilton Mazda mostly because it was close to our house, and found our car immediately. We both thought we should shop around longer, visit another dealer, etc but this car was exactly what we were looking for. Neil Simon was our sales person and he was great. We never felt pressure and would definitely buy from them again. More

CX9 Awesome Experience !!!!!!!!!!!! I want to start off by saying I never write reviews. However I feel compelled to Praise the whole Hamilton Mazda team. I was in need of getting out of I want to start off by saying I never write reviews. However I feel compelled to Praise the whole Hamilton Mazda team. I was in need of getting out of a vehicle that was very unreliable (only 2 years old) and was going to purchase a Jeep mostly because of the ridiculous deals they have going now. I have always loved the CX9 and it has always been just out of reach price wise I have looked at it on several visits before buying the death trap as we like to call it in 2013. My husband who was dead set against the Jeep suggested I go talk to Hamilton Mazda 1 more time. So off I go to Hamilton Mazda as soon as I get there I ask for Neal S who had helped me previously. He was off but came in quickly any way to meet with me. We talked I explained that I wanted (the Mazda CX9 Touring on the Showroom Floor Pearl White with Almond Leather interior with AWD) and where I wanted to be payment wise all the time thinking this poor guy is probably loosing this gorgeous day stuck inside with me on a deal I didn’t think was possible. I also want to say the Mazda CX9 was well over $2000 more than the Jeep so I really thought I was wasting my time and Neal’s. He repeatedly told me it was fine and if there was anything he could do he would to make this happen so I could have the Mazda SUV of my Dreams. I have to say I was shocked when he came back with the numbers and they were so close to the other suv I was shocked. I saw right away this was possible and likely going to happen with a little tweaking to the deal running my credit and such. Within 30 mins we were under where I wanted to be and I was set to pick up my CX9 the next day since it was Neal’s day off and I could certainty wait another day. I called 1st this in the morning to add Automatic start which my husband reminded me when I got home that I cannot live without. I went back the next day did the paperwork which was painless and found out the deal got a little better since we already have a Mazda 6 registered in the house within 1 hour I was done with paperwork and synching my phone. I was treated with respect which any woman knows is hard to get at a car dealership. I was never talked down to as I was other places or dismissed and told to come back with my husband. I was not harassed to make the deal right that minute or it was “going to be off the table”. The whole Hamilton Mazda team was great and helpful and courteous. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used. I feel like I got a great deal and feel when I return for service I will be treated with the same respect I received from the sales team. Again all this from someone who really doesn’t write reviews Hamilton Mazda does deserve to have people know they are AWESOME to work with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Worked Quickly and Honestly Found one quote online that was actually lower than Hamilton's, mostly because the car in their inventory had fewer options. When I went to that deale Found one quote online that was actually lower than Hamilton's, mostly because the car in their inventory had fewer options. When I went to that dealership, they snuck in over $2,500 in pre-tax dealer warranties and fees into the monthly installment that weren't listed on their quote. Coming to Hamilton Mazda the next morning was a world of a difference. Neal worked with me on price to bring it more in-line to the other dealer's offer. Jonathan went through the paperwork quickly, didn't push any unnecessary warranties on me after I declined and a short while later I left with a new car. More

The best decision I made was taking a ride there. Although the car listed on the website was not what I wanted (stick instead of automatic) the price was honored and I bought a 2014 Sport that day. What a pleasure to deal with honest men. More

Great experience. We had picked a car that needed to be obtained from another dealer. The car sent by the other dealer had issues and we did not want the car. Neal and Mitch worked to get another car for us from another dealer. We were not pressured to take the original car; they understood first impressions are everything. I received a call the next day and was told the new car was found and delivered to their dealership. The way they handled themselves when we rejected the first car allowed us to see their outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend Neal and the staff at Hamilton Mazda. More

I've been to a lot of dealerships and Hamilton Mazda is by far the most comfortable, low stress dealership to work with. This is actually the second vehicle we bought from Neal; my wife recognized him r is by far the most comfortable, low stress dealership to work with. This is actually the second vehicle we bought from Neal; my wife recognized him right away even though it's been at least 6 years since we've seen him. Salesmen we've dealt with at OTHER dealerships will talk your ears off about why their brands blinker bulbs are superior, how their vehicles actually levitate while on the highway to reduce gas mileage, and they'll be sure to poke and prod at the wrong times with those uncomfortable questions you know they're using to gauge how deep you're willing to dig into your pockets. Not Neal and not at Hamilton Mazda... he stuck to the facts, explained the benefits of the vehicle we were looking at compared to the competitors based on our "needs" that we discussed, and was overall very pleasant to deal with. Want a test drive? Sure, here are the keys "go have fun". Don't have the right color on the lot? "hold on we'll check local inventory and help get you in the right vehicle if that's what it takes". And when it comes time to talk about price & financing, they're as straight forward as any sales team i've ever met..... talking numbers doesn't feel like you're trying to figure out a magicians card tricks. Nothing up their sleeves, just looking to sell you a car, not a car with an ulcer on the side. If put on the spot and had to come up with one idea that would have made this buying experience better.... I'd say the only thing they need at Hamilton Mazda is a full service bar; so I could buy those guys a beer after signing the paperwork (and have my designated driver wife drive me home of course!)
