I've always received good service in their Service Dept at reasonable rates. However, I was with my best friend in September of 2021 when she visited their Sales Dept and had a particularly poor experi at reasonable rates. This was a real shock and the first time either of us had tried to work with a person in Sales at Scott Clark who didn't seem to understand her job. We have been buying and servicing vehicles with this dealership for at least 25 years. More

This place is spot on in service. I have never been a big proponent of dealer service but this place convinced me otherwise. I was not impressed. 3 hours to get in and out for an oil change, outrageous. Then the plastic piece around the bottom of the driver's side door got broken. So now I have 3 hours to get in and out for an oil change, outrageous. Then the plastic piece around the bottom of the driver's side door got broken. So now I have to come back to get that replaced. Then I said that the least they ( Scott Clark )could do is pay for the oil change. No, I was told, Scott Clark was going to pay for the plastic piece that was broken, and it was already broken. What ball's, they call me a lier and they make me wait over 3 1/2 hour ( 2.00pm apt and left at 5 30pm ) with a broken seat and $72 something for an oil change. PLUS I have to return to get the seat fixed so this is not over yet.... More
