I was in a pinch and needed a new car due to my car not running properly and safely. Nathan Hull was EXCELLENT! Once we found and I drove the car I would buy, he was respectful of my time and was able to get the paperwork done with me in a very reasonable time frame. I also had really great experience with Noah Posthumus, when purchasing an extended warrantee plan. He was knowledgeable and personable. He was not pushy and did a great job explaining the options I had. While I was with him, Nathan, was so kind to remove the two child car seats from my old car as well as transfer my license plate. Nathan also sat with me in the car showing me all of the bells and whistles as well as all the car had to offer. He was so kind to connect my phone to the car for me. He went above and beyond. I appreciate that so much! Everyone was pleasant and nice at this dealership! I can't rave enough about the experience I had at Taylor Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Bourbonnias, Illinois. I would definitely recommend looking Nathan up if you need a new or used car! And I will plan to return there if and when I need another car! More
