Your central scheduling told me I had an appointment today. Went in and dealership told me I didn’t. Getting this rating to fill out tells me I had an appointment and someone at the dealership is jackin today. Went in and dealership told me I didn’t. Getting this rating to fill out tells me I had an appointment and someone at the dealership is jacking me around. This is the second time this has happened to me in about a year. I’m not a happy person. I drive too far for this to keep happening! More

Sales staff not very knowledgeable. Never followed through for help. As soon as vehicle left dealer, no help at all. Heider said had to bring back for "radio Update". Went back to have done, told needed three things done, should have been told this up front. Never did get "My Chevrolet" app. Will not refer anyone to Heiser for sales or service. More
