We'll the kia sadona 2016 that we purchased was a complete lemon. It needed work no less than two months after our purchase, and more and more work needed done after that. At first we brought it to our own mechanic and racked up thousands of dollars in mechanic fees. Then it broke again this time completely didn't run. My husband fixed many different things on his own, wrote down what he did. Brought it to Kia in September of 2033 and we were told they would get it fixed in the next two weeks. That did not happen we got the entire run around day after day months after month. My husband lost his job because he couldn't make it to work, we tried to trade it in a were told it was worth 350$ so we had no choice but to purchase another vehicle 2024. They still had to fix our van which we still owed 14,000 dollars on and it's worth 350$.. absolutely disgusting. After chasing these people down on a regular basis we finally got our van back today March 22 2024. They charged us 4,900$ didn't bother to even clean it or put gas in a vehicle they've had for 7 months. I do not recommend them to anyone. They're the most unprofessional dealership I've ever seen in my life and the better business bureau is being notified. As I see this you do not treat good paying customers the way they have.
