This dealership is under new ownership and does not honor deals made with customers by original dealership. Atlantic Coast Automotive bought the dealership and since then you cannot EVER speak to a person wh deals made with customers by original dealership. Atlantic Coast Automotive bought the dealership and since then you cannot EVER speak to a person when you call. They have had my mother's car for 3 weeks and did not give a loaner nor have they attempted to keep her informed of the status of her car. The only way I could actually speak to someone was to drive 45 minutes to see them in person. They blame the new owner. They admit that the service my mother has received is poor...but offer no remedy. My mother and son are long time customers of the original and none of us will ever buy another car as long as they are owned by Atlantic Coast Automotive. They are out of Florida and handle phone calls through their Florida call center. Bad business. More
