Customer service was excellent up until the point of sale. Once the sale was made we found the dealership to be quite unresponsive to our inquiries and requests. We purchased a used vehicle. It took almost two weeks for them to get the vehicle ready with no explanation of the delay. We had to email/call multiple times to get responses from their back end sales team. I do feel they sold us a good product for a reasonable price. The salesman did not pressure us when making our selection. I felt their service could be better once the sale is made.
