Lies after lies I am beyond disapointed with the service i got i was told my car had certain features it did not i was also told i have ten days to exchange the car i I am beyond disapointed with the service i got i was told my car had certain features it did not i was also told i have ten days to exchange the car if i dont like it that was a LIE . i was also told they had to order a part for my hood to keep it up. I went back the same day i purchased the vechicle because i thought it was stalling then the manager said it just needs a adjustment . my sales rep told me otherwise. They sales rep was nice he needs more training. I came back and just got the run around i have a brand new car and im not to happy. They left a sour taste in my mouth i have buyers regret and i would never recommend getting a car from you all to anyone . i came in and brought a car and i get poor customer service management just ran away from the issues i came in upset and left upset beyond disappointing. Especially because this is my first car buying experience. More

From salesmen James Cubbage and Muhammad Shaikh to General Manager Cory Hoffman and the finance department’s Austin Chamness, they all spent significant time with me over the past couple of days, helping get me into a new 2018 Malibu hybrid. They were professional and courteous, made the process easy, answered all my questions, and didn’t give me any xx double talk or push unwanted options on me after I declined. That’s all you can ask for when you’re making a big purchase like this. I’ll use Bomnin again in the future, without a doubt, if I’m still in the DC area (but hopefully I don’t need one for several years now!). They’ve got a pretty darn good team in place. More
