We first contacted Ron Bozarth several months ago and explained that we wanted to purchase a new 2014 Mustang sometime in the future. Pat Ledford found only a few of which one was already sold, another had exterior options we did not want, and the last one was out of state. He sent staff to get our car from a dealership in Oklahoma and had it sparkling and ready for us before closing that day. Both Pat and Ron worked to get us exactly what we wanted at the best possible price. Brandon and Marvin were informative about the business options without being pushy or overbearing (as we had experienced at another dealership). Everyone we saw at Laird Noller Ford was friendly and helpful. At the end of the day, my husband drove his dream car off the lot; and we both had a very pleasant experience in purchasing it! More

We were looking for a car for our Granddaughter, who attends KSU. We spotted a Ford Explorer on line which seemed to be what we were looking for. I contacted Gene Glass by telephone, and he breifed me o attends KSU. We spotted a Ford Explorer on line which seemed to be what we were looking for. I contacted Gene Glass by telephone, and he breifed me on the vehicle we had found. We agreed to meet at the dealership, which we did. When we got there Gene gave us a very thourgh breifing n the vehicle, its history etc. and he let my granddaugher drive the vehicle, all the while explaining the features of it. We were satisfied that it was what we wanted and negotiated a price with Gene who had worked with his sales manager. What I would like to comment most on is how well Gene and later Morgan Franklin the finance officer at Laird Noller worked to insure that our granddaughter(age 20) understood the workings of how things are done when purchasing a vehicle, it was truly OUTSTANDING. The entire experience was enjoyable, We were well satisfied with the price and one other thing is the fact that our son who was paying for the vehicle and who lives in Indiana had to be involved as welle was brought into the finance office telephonicly and Morgan outlined how the vehicle could be paid for, offered him an extended warranty and came up with great solutions as to how it could all be done correctly and quickly. Thanks guys for a job well done and even though I can truthfully say I have never owned a Ford, if I at a later date deside to buy one this would be where I would go to for it and these would be the folks I would seek out to help with the purchase.. I went to two dealerships to try out cars I was considering. This Ford dealership and staff did not pressure me. They were full of information and answers. Talked to Gene on Thursday morning around 7:30 am on the phone by lunch I had a emailed copy of window sticker. We drove from Lawrence to purchase our car from Laird Noller in Topeka. Lou's warm, welcoming personality drew us in. He made us feel welcome and like family. We instantly saw he really enjoyed his job, which made us feel more comfortable opening up to him. He made purchasing a Ford from Laird Noller Topeka a "no-brainer". It was a comfortable, easy process, assisted by Pat and Morgan. We had very specific wants in a car, but didn't know exactly what model that was. Lou and Pat took the time to listen to us and found the EXACT car we wanted, down to the paint color and interior. All three are very professional, friendly & knowledgable. They were able to answer all questions we had. We knew they wanted to help get us into the exact car we wanted, but we never once felt high-pressure to buy. We LOVE our new car and are extremely satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend Laird Nollar Topeka. They will be the first dealership we visit in the future when it's time to buy our next vehicle. More

The three people I delt with exceeded my expectations on buying a new truck. I have purchased 4 new cars and this was the best experience. I was in need of a reliable vehicle, my 1999 Infiniti had seen it's better days. On a whim I filled out the online contact form at Laird Noller and received a prompt call back from Gene Glass. I have been out of the credit business for quite some time and worried that I may not qualify. Gene assured me that he would work to find the vehicle that met my needs, price range, and financing parameters. He guided me through the online finance app so he would have some numbers to go by. Gene stayed well within my desired goals, gave me options on cars, helped through the paperwork and Morgan Franklin began soliciting loans that met my needs far exceeding my expectations in both payment and APR. 24 hours from my inquiry I drove off in a late model used vehicle far above what I thought I could qualify for and at a substantially lower payment. Morgan Franklin diligently reviewed all the legal paperwork required, there was no manual filling out of every form. On 12/15/13, I found a 2013 Ford Flex Limited with the exact features I had been looking for on cars.com. The price was better than anything I had found here in Denver, even on vehicles with less feature exact features I had been looking for on cars.com. I live in Golden, Colorado, and the car was at Laird Noller Ford in Topeka,. Kansas (555 miles away!). I was able to negotiate an even better price on the phone with Jimmy, and was approved for financing online. I left at midnight that night, and drove my old trade-in to Topeka, Kansas. Jimmy came in on his day off to meet me in the morning. Jimmy was able to get me a fantastic deal on my trade-in, and also a great price on the Ford Flex. After negotiating the trade, etc, I worked with Morgan Franklin to get the best rate for financing. Morgan was able to get me better rates than I can here in Denver at my credit union. Both Jimmy and Morgan understood my time-crunch and need to get back on the road to Denver, and worked extremely hard to get me on the road quickly. I can honestly say, that this has been the absolute best experience I have EVER had purchasing a car, and can honestly say that both Jimmy and Morgan went above and beyond to make the process from the beginning to end completely enjoyable. These guys were honest and respectful, and I wouldn't even think twice about driving over 1100 miles round trip again to purchase a car from these guys. I will refer anyone I know who is looking for a car. More

Griff is our "rainman" of Ford - knows absolutely everything about the vehicles we bought. He's courteous, kind and not pushy - always trustworthy. My wife, youngest daughter, and myself went to Laird Noller to simply look at their selection to see if they had anything we wanted to trade our old vehicle for. Griff greeted us as soon as we stepped Noller to simply look at their selection to see if they had anything we wanted to trade our old vehicle for. Griff greeted us as soon as we stepped out of our truck and he was outstanding. He offered us a cold drink, asked to the point questions to see what we were interested in, and showed us vehicles that fit within our desires and budget. I was very surprised because he didn't have the stereotypical used car salesman attitude of trying to push us into a vehicle we didn't really want. Griff even went to the not yet ready portion of the lot to show us a Ford Escape which my wife fell in love with immediately. To top it all off the trade in value we were offered was an excellent price and we were extremely happy with the price on the Escape. Morgan assisted us with the financial paperwork and we had a great experience with him as well. He was to the point, answered all of our questions and was a complete professional the entire time. At the end Griff made sure we were satisfied with our visit and we drove away in our new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and a great service staff.
