Quick, efficient experience, the staff did their job of showing the cars, facilitating the test drive, getting the financing etc. Although it did seem that Lorena would have rather been elsewhere than sel showing the cars, facilitating the test drive, getting the financing etc. Although it did seem that Lorena would have rather been elsewhere than selling us the car. They could have done a better job explaining the pencil sheet and the numbers with the trade-in clearly. I was surprised we weren’t offered refreshments while we were there for over 4 hours, which is strange considering it’s a Lexus dealership. The financing department didn’t transparently state that extended warranties could be purchased anytime before basic warranty expires, maybe so that we feel pressured to purchase it from their dealership; withholding this information seemed unethical. They also set the financing to start 45 days later (which increased the interest) but refused to clearly state this to me, instead one of their managers Moes claimed I was doing my calculations entirely wrong! Only when I challenged him repeatedly did he admit it. Okay to buy here but make sure you do your due diligence. More
