Fantastic experience! Newton Nissan made it easy to buy. After I dropped my daughters car off for service I was walking around the Newton Nissan car lot. I was just waiting for my wife to pick me up when I met Paul. We just started talking, not really talking about cars or what i was looking for. I explained to him how much I appreciated the service department and I would be looking to buy for my wife in a couple of months. I asked a few questions about a few cars and pointed to a 2013 Altima. I told him my wife would love something like that, and I would like to take a look at it. Once I set in it I knew my wife had to take it for a ride. The rest was history. My wife and myself sit down with Paul and the Newton Nissan team and they made the buying so easy. We loved how they took the time with us and worked with us on our trade in. We are now the proud owners of the 2013 Altima. When I look to buy again, I will be buying another car from Paul and the Newton Nissan Team and I highly recommend them to you! More

He understood that I wasn't looking to purchase a vehicle the moment I walked in the door, and he didn't pester us once we left to think about our options. I wasn't promised the world like my last purchase with a different dealer, to find out later I didn't get what I paid for. Best Service by Mitch Roberts I have driven nothing but Nissan vehicles for the past 40 years. I love the quality but as I told Mitch I couldn't say the same for the service depart I have driven nothing but Nissan vehicles for the past 40 years. I love the quality but as I told Mitch I couldn't say the same for the service departments in both Georgia and Texas. He was very patient in listening and made every effort to assure me that this was an excellent service department and that he would welcome me holding him personably responsible. I have to say it was a great experience and Nissan is lucky to have an employee that goes the extra mile. He loves his job and I believe he truly cares that his customers are happy when they leave. He earned my respect and trust. I will be taking my other Nissan in soon. Yes, I have 2. When I bought my Murrano, I kept my Pathfinder because it's still a great vehicle. This is the second time I have done that. Nissan builds them to last and now I can say I think I have a great service department and Mitch will be my "go to" guy, for sure. Thanks Mitch! More
