We sat down and discussed the details and Rob worked with his team to ensure that I was more than happy with the arrangement. At no point was there any pressure from anyone involved, an easy, painless, and worry free process that stands in contrast to the general opinion of car sales. He knew the vehicle inside and out, took the time to show us every little detail including all the technology features, and made sure we got the best offer for both our trade-in and the Murano.
