I was acknowledged and felt welcome from the moment I stepped through the dealership door that morning. Brad was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable before, during and after the test drive. The sales completion process itself was quick and pressure free. Brad went over all the basic features of the car before I left and indicated that he would be happy to answer any followup questions I might have at any time via his cell phone. He also called me within a week to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my new Subaru Forester which I truly am! I will definitely recommend Brad Lunar and the Ganley Subaru East Dealership to my family and any of my friends interested in purchasing a Subaru vehicle. More

I knew I wanted to buy a Subaru but after my last experience at a dealership 3 ago was so negative, I knew I didn’t want a repeat. Even though I live on the West Side, I drove to the East Side and worked with Hannah Benjamin. I am really glad I did! She was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful, without being pushy, throughout the process. I would readily recommend Ganley East and Hannah Benjamin to anyone. More
