Ford of Clermont used 60,332 points from my account in February. Ford pass acknowledges someone used the points but no one is able to tell me who used them or even give proof of a signature. They went out of their way to help me after closing hours. I limped in at 6:15 with a shredded tire and luckily someone was there to get me seen and have everything set up to take care of the car in th hours.
