About a month ago I got in a fight with a snow bank and lost..... I called Sears to ask who they recommended for body work and was thrilled to find they have a body shop. My insurance made the process of getting my car fixed a nightmare. Sears went above and beyond to make things as easy for me as possible. My car looks good as new! Absolutely incredible dealership and I was recommended by Veronica a friend of mine who stated how great her purchase went. I would like to add that I didn't go with BMW works due to how things were going. I would suggest Sears above all dealerships. And I searched for a car for over a year and have lots of different stories with what I went through. I can sleep at night happy that my car is below blue book value and in excellent condition.
