There was a slight hiccup on the motor vehicle tags/paperwork and the finance manager Mr. Perez was able to fix that immediately which i was also very impressed with. He was knowledgeable about the CR-V EXL and never pressured me. Even Ajay in Finance was great, getting me a better interest rate than my credit union/bank. The whole transaction was stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Feilks. I was in and out on a Saturday, and it took me 3 and a half hours to complete the deal. The longest part was getting an insurance rep on phone over the weekend. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone. Their kindness and customer service are above and beyond.
