I called Mike to ask about a vehicle and he happily put together a deal. He and I decided together that wasn't the right move for me, so I changed my mind on what kind of car I wanted. What did he do? He happily put together a second deal for me. What did I do? I decided not to move forward with the purchase. Then, 2 weeks later, I decided to go for it. What did he have to do? Put together ANOTHER deal for me. He never once said anything other than "no problem, my friend". How did he remain so patient with me? I was getting on my own nerves :) This is the second car that I purchased from Mike, and I honestly don't understand why anyone goes through anyone else. He makes the process so easy!
