Smoothest transaction ever! I have always hated the car buying process, so with this being my first venture into leasing, I was not sure what to expect. I can tell you, without a doubt, that Mike Moore guided me through the best car buying/leasing experience I have had in my 57 years. He was so easy to work with, extremely responsive and did everything possible to get the deal done for my mother. She is 79 years old and had never had a new car in her life, so she asked me to help her get a new vehicle. I was actually referred to Mike by a previous customer of his, and even though he came highly recommended, I can assure you that he exceeded all expectations. I have no doubt that he had my mom's best interest at heart during this transaction. After the fact, he still called to make sure my mom was enjoying her new vehicle and that we were still happy with it. I can and will recommend Mike, without hesitation, to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Just like they say in the old Allstate Insurance commercial, you're in good hands with Mike Moore. More

Continued Excellence This is my 4th vehicle I have done through Mike and D&M Leasing. Who would have known it would be the quickest and easiest one of the bunch, at least This is my 4th vehicle I have done through Mike and D&M Leasing. Who would have known it would be the quickest and easiest one of the bunch, at least from my side. Mike touched base with me a few times in the last few months as my lease was coming up in May, but when I was ready to swap vehicles and start a new lease, it was complete in a few hours. I called him on a Friday afternoon and discussed the desired Silverado LT Crew Cab and my Dodge Ram coming off lease. Mike listened to my needs and provided his experienced advice on a working plan. He then went off to look for a truck. I passed along emails on some options/packages we had reviewed on the Chevy website and he went to work. Within an hour, he emailed me an almost exact match he found and I gave him the thumbs up! After another quick call for credit and finance details, and providing some documentation needed, it was done! From phone call with ideas, to a found vehicle, and a completed sale in 3 hours on a Friday afternoon. Only thing left was to pick it up the next week! While it may sound like it, it is not just a rush job to get the vehicle out. There is a lot of work behind the scenes. Mike puts in the work to keep in touch and understand our plans and thinking for months prior to a change so they can be ready to move when we are, but when they move, they sure can! This continued excellent service is why I have not worked with any other person or company over the last 14 years, and why I will continue to be a customer and pass the word on whenever I can! More

I love the fact that he shares with you what he feels comfortable with his own family driving and what he would never allow his own daughter to drive. This is not the normal car buying experience with all of the back and forth haggling - He does it all for you! Even when something like the address on your drivers license might quash a deal he simply says - "Don't worry - I got this!" that one phrase sums him up! More
