James greeted me, even though he's upper management, they were sho Seriously, these guys made this snowy Saturday a PLEASURE to spend in a dealership! James greeted me, even though he's upper management, they were short staffed due to the extreme snowfall so he took it upon himself to help me out to start. Ryan soon showed up on his day off to help out, and lucky for me I was handed off to him to venture out on a test drive. He was so knowledgable about the vehicles, showing me every single feature of the Rogue and comparing it to other similar SUV's. He wasn't pushy and didn't leave me feeling as though he just wanted to make a sale. Both him and James made sure to emphasize the importance of me being happy with whatever decision I was to make, whether it was a purchase that particular day or not. I'm extremely happy with my experience at Grande Prairie Nissan, and with all the guys's help! I love my new Rogue and I blab to everyone about my positive experience. "ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCES!!" Well I've had ALOT of things happen to me this year, in particular experiences starting from trading in my old Titan and buying a new Titan in May for Well I've had ALOT of things happen to me this year, in particular experiences starting from trading in my old Titan and buying a new Titan in May for Mothers Day... Thanks to Bob, Logan, Jeremy and Mike, ( one of the best decision I've made in a while ) ;)) .....Then in June my house and truck got broke into..... Thanks to Bob and Sarah for looking after and DEALING with me... the reassurance they gave me at that time was absolutely amazing, as they could see I was beside myself... it was a very terrifying time me!! But Bob and Sarah did their MAGIC and handled my situation with the utmost care and speed!! Then in November I was back in with another problem, someone smashed my side window this time... (talk about bad luck), AGAIN Bob AND Sarah to the rescue!!! ( I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!! ) During this time 'my daughter',who owns and drives a 2002 Ford mini van, ( is always breaking down), So we had decided it was time she bought a NEW vehicle. I brought her in to Nissan, talked to Bob about 3 different possibilities that we were looking at, and she ended up buying a 2014 Platinum Murano from" Logan", the BEST SALES MAN I KNOW!!! ( and I know a lot of them ). ALL of these people have played VERY important roles in MY, " our" decisions to KEEP coming back, bringing in family and friends!!! You ALL deserve 10 stars!!
