After narrowing down our initial ideas, we had all confidence that the car we are buying (Murano SV) is the ideal fit for our needs. James and Mark from the finance department were great in securing a good deal and breaking down all those complicated T&Cs. Overall amazing customer service across the whole team starting from the lady at the reception desk all the way to service team who swiftly adjusted small malfunction with a wheel and booked us for future appointments. The building itself is kept clean and welcoming, beautiful fireplace in the waiting area, nice selection of upbeat music and extensive selection of coffee & hot chocolate. For those with kids, little playground onsite will get the little ones busy while you can focus on getting the best family car pretty much customized to your individual needs. More

Our first Armada was purchased December of 2013 on which we were given a great deal and have had amazing customer service experiences with every visit for service and maintenance since then. Yesterday we bought a new Armada. A bit of an unplanned purchase but a friendly courtesy phone call from Amanda got us curious about trading in for a newer model. We were surprised at the amazing offer they could give us and we left yesterday with a newer Armada.
