Anyhoo, we purchased a new CR-V Hybrid today and, while I was hemming and hawing the last week or so about whether or not to do it, I ultimately decided to (well, obviously). Part, and a significant part of why, was the cordiality of Mike Jarrin. We just bought a Pilot a week and a half ago, and Mike gave us no reason to see another salesperson (even though friends and family have had great experiences with others at this dealership). He's patient with me, doesn't push us to options I'm sure would be more attractive to the dealership's bottom line, and adds a touch of courtesy to the whole process (texts about status updates as we run errands - now that I write that it doesn't read as that great, but the context was unique and his efforts were definitely not expected, but really appreciated). The overall process was nice and easy, and the professionalism of the staff will lead us to recommend them, Mike specifically in sales, and Eric in finance we barely got to meet because of how quickly and efficiently we worked through the paperwork. Zimmerman Honda, these are folks to keep around, and I genuinely do mean that because I could have paid less at another dealership I've been in touch with but chose to do my business where I feel respected and appreciated. More

Super responsive while not being pushy, willing to negotiate on price, and not a lowball offer on our trade. Most importantly to me was their willingness to beat another dealer's price. Once we agreed, Jeff took over with financing and was not at all pushy about added extras. Hence they get my strongest recommendation to go with those two at Zimmerman, which is where we'll go for future car purchases (at least while those two are there). More
